Shipping & Returns
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
All orders ship with a tracking number so you can track it anytime.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- Shipping time for EU orders: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery takes about 2–5 business days using our courier services (DHL,FedEX,UPS,EMS)
- US orders are shipped by our courier service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4-5 days to arrive at their destination.
- Outside EU and US orders may take up to 3-10 days via our courier services and depends on country destination. This is due to factors that we can't control, such us postal services/customs/holidays etc.
In the rare case you're not 100% satisfied with the product(s), you may return it for a refund with the exception of any import duties, local taxes, postage and administration fees within 14 days from receipt. You cannot return: personalized products, products purchased for professional and/or commercial use. In case we send you the wrong colour/size we pay the return costs. For all other cases, the return shall be paid by the customer who is fully responsible. For this reason getanybag.com suggests to use a tracked shipping system. Products returned with damaged or without warranty seal, used or incomplete will not be refunded.
